The utility model discloses a grease filtering device. The device comprises a barrel, wherein a plurality of filter screens are arranged inside the barrel; the two ends of the barrel are provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet respectively; valves are arranged on the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet respectively; and the barrel is connected in series in a main production pipeline. The device has a simple structure; and a filter barrel is connected in series in the main production pipeline and the plurality of filter screens are arranged inside the filter barrel, so that production efficiency is improved, production cost is lowered and practical value is extremely high.
