The utility model provides a fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) continuous inclinometer with an absolute-type photoelectric encoder. The FOG continuous inclinometer comprises a casing, an accelerometer component, a rotary body, a cold storage body and a rotation driving mechanism, wherein the accelerometer component, the rotary body, the cold storage body and the rotation driving mechanism are arranged in the casing; and a rotating shaft connected with the rotation driving mechanism is arranged inside the casing. The FOG continuous inclinometer is characterized in that the absolute-type photoelectric encoder is connected with the casing through a support, and the rotating shaft is connected with the rotating shaft of the absolute-type photoelectric encoder. The FOG continuous inclinometer adopts the absolute-type photoelectric encoder as an angle sensor of the rotating parts of the FOG continuous inclinometer, and solves the problems in the prior art such as failure in automatic north-seeking, automatic shift-correction, continuous attitude solution and real-time memory of instrument rotation angle.
