An electromagnetic stirring magnetic head of a twin-wire submerged arc welding machine is provided with a field coil winding tightly wound on a magnetic core, the magnetic core is arranged between two welding guns of the twin-wire submerged arc welding machine, the lower end of the magnetic core is located above a twin-wire submerged arc welding co-pool, and longitudinal displacement of the magnetic core made of soft magnetic materials with high magnetic conductivity can be adjusted freely. The electromagnetic stirring magnetic head can reduce the volume of the stirring magnetic head and reduce the power of a field power supply, and the magnetic core of the electromagnetic stirring electric head can be closer to the co-pool, thereby more sufficiently stirring the co-pool below the magnetic core. By affecting radiation of welding lines and flow of the co-pool, structures of the welding lines are improved, and toughness of the welding lines is increased. Simultaneously, the electromagnetic stirring magnetic head reduces influences of magnetic fields on welding arcs and influences of magnetic environments on magnetic field distribution, increases stability of a welding process and an electromagnetic stirring process and leads welding to be performed smoothly as centering observation of the two welding guns and welding passages is not affected in the welding process.
