The controller comprises an explosion proof casing, a transmission shaft arranged inside the explosion proof casing, wherein a drive wheel capable of rotating together with the transmission shaft is fixed on the transmission shaft, a potentiometer capable of converting kinetic energy to electrical signals is fixed on the transmission shaft, and a circuit board is connected with the potentiometer and is provided with a display thereon. The tail end of the wire rope extending out of the flexible conical head plunger is fixed and wound around the drive wheel.
