The utility model discloses a clamping screw of a stop lever. The clamping screw comprises a head part (1), a shaft position part (2) connected with the head part (1), and a screw thread part (4) connected with the shaft position part (2), wherein the head part (1), the shaft position part (2) and the screw thread part (4) are integrated into one; and the end face of the head part (1) is an outward convex arc face on which a slot (5) is arranged. Compared with the prior art, the clamping screw of the stop lever can not hook braided fabric such as clothes and the like, and can not scratch fingers, so as to be safe in use.
