The invention relates to an universal force-balanced bellowing compensator and the manufacturing method. The compensator comprises flange, middle pipe and disc spring component. It is characterized that disc spring cylinders and a connecting rod structure are set upwards on the outer shaft of bellow in symmetry; the connecting rod structure is constituted by the flange end of bellow and the bolt bar fixing the disc spring cylinder; bellow and flange are connected with two ends of the middle pipe respectively, four screws penetrates through disc spring group in each disc spring cylinder respectively, the end of screw penetrates through the bolt hole at four corners of flange at two ends, one end of disc spring cylinder is welded with the flange and the other end is locked on the screw by clamping nut; the other end of screw is locked with the outside of another flange. The manufacturing method comprises design and manufacture for bellow and is characterized in that according to the thrust, namely blind flange force, generated by compensator under inner pressure, the specification of disc spring, the number of disc spring component, the folding and combined style of disc spring are designed. After the force-balanced structure is adopted, the axial thrust for compensating the unbalance is 0.199 times of original blind flange force. Axial and transversal compensations on a compensator are realized at the same time. It can save space and investment so as to improve safety and reliability of equipment and system.
