本发明涉及煤化工技术领域一种3，5－二甲酚的生产方法，该方法以生产工业二甲酚及后馏份为原料，原料中3，5－二甲酚含量大于40％；采用间歇精馏的方法在精馏塔中一次精馏，精馏塔理论板数为50～80块；得到含量大于95％的3，5－二甲酚产品。优点是采用间歇精馏的方法经精馏塔一次精馏，得到3，5－二甲酚含量大于95％的3，5－二甲酚产品；同时经结晶、洗涤、抽滤还可得到3，4－二甲酚含量大于95％的3，4－二甲酚产品。
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to coal chemical technology, and is especially process of producing 3, 5-xylenol. The materials including industrial xylenol and after fraction and has 3, 5-xylenol content greater than 40 %. Through once intermittent rectifying process in a rectifying tower with theoretical plate number of 50-80, 3, 5-xylenol product with content over 95 % is obtained. In the same time, 3, 4-xylenol product with content over 95 % may be also obtained through crystallization, washing and suction filtering.
