摘要：
一种燃气高精度喷射阀，属于燃气汽车电喷喷射阀，在阀体(4)内压入顶杆导向座(3)，左端压入极靴(5)，其内孔动配合衔铁组件(6)，右端安装阀座(2)，弹簧(14)和弹簧座组件(1)，在阀座内孔放入钢球(13)，衔铁管组件(7)与极靴(5)焊接，衔铁管组件外安装线圈组件(10)，通过弹性垫(8)和螺钉(9)固定，阀体(4)右端有进气孔(15)，左端有喷气孔(16)，本发明是将气体燃料分配、计量、定时喷射到正在进入气缸内的空气流中，从而保证气体燃料与空气流的混合并可实行燃料分层喷射燃烧，通过调节阀座的位置从而实现流量的在线调节方式，提高喷射阀的流量控制精度，通过对顶杆进行改进和对普通的收口方式进行结构性改进，其工艺性好，工作可靠，适用于燃气汽车电喷发动机电喷系统。

The precise fuel gas jetting valve for gas burning automobile includes valve body with gas inlet hole and gas jetting hole, mandrel guiding seat, pole shoe, armature assembly, valve seat, spring and spring seat assembly, steel ball in the valve seat, armature tube assembly, coil assembly, elastic pad and screw. The precise fuel gas jetting valve distributes and meters fuel gas and jets it into the airflow entering to the cylinder for mixing and layered burning. It realizes the on-line flow rate regulation to raise the flow rate controlling precision, has good technological performance and reliable operation, and is suitable for electronic fuel oil jetting system in gas burning automobile.
