摘要：
本发明涉及一种钛及钛合金熔模精密铸造用氮化硼复合涂料，属有色金属熔模精密铸造技术领域。特征在于其组成的重量百分含量为：29～65wt％氮化硼、33～70wt％钇溶胶或二醋酸锆、0.1～5wt％表面活性剂和0.1～5wt％消泡剂；氮化硼为热解氮化硼、或冷压氮化硼块经过破碎筛分后所得小于200目的氮化硼颗粒，或高纯氮化硼、或氮化硼与少量助熔剂，经过热压烧结和破碎筛分后所得小于200目的氮化硼颗粒。本发明的氮化硼复合涂料具有悬浮性好，易保存不易凝胶，工艺简单的特点。
摘要（英）：
The present invention is composite boron nitride paint for precise invested mold casting of titanium and titanium alloy, and belongs to the field of non-ferrous metal casting technology. The composite paint consists of boron nitride 29-65 wt%, Yt sol or zirconium diacetate 33-70 wt%, surfactant 0.1-5 wt% and defoaming agent 0.1-5 wt%. The boron nitride is boron nitride 200 mesh below grains of pyrolytic boron nitride, crushed cold pressed boron nitride block, high purity boron nitride or boron nitride with small amount of flux. The composite boron nitride paint has the features of high floatability, easy maintenance and simple preparation process.
