The invention discloses rubber powder asphalt producing apparatus. It is made up of four asphalt pumps, ground substance asphalt heating pot, weighing system, screw conveyer, swelling pot, high speed dispersator, high shear emulsifying machine, rubber powder asphalt finished product pot. The rubber asphalt components are as follows: rubber powder, additive, and ground substance asphalt. The ground substance asphalt is sent into heating pot to heat up at certain temperature by asphalt pump, sent into swelling pot by asphalt pump. The rubber powder, additive are sent into swelling pot by weighting system and screw conveyer to keep at certain temperature, formed rubber powder asphalt under the action of high speed dispersator and high shear emulsifying machine. Finally the finished rubber powder asphalt is sent into the finished product pot by asphalt pump. The operation of the invention is simple. The prepared rubber powder asphalt has superior performance.
