The invention is a voice certification system using movable voice identification card, comprising: server side sound pattern database for storing sound patterns of all authorized persons; sound pattern updating device for updating the sound patterns; sound pattern abstract generator for generating sound pattern abstract according to the request of client end; client end voice ID card for storing sound pattern of some authorized person; verifying device for verifying sound pattern in voice ID card according to sound pattern abstract of the server; audio device for making voice interaction with a user; voice certification device for recognizing whether the sound pattern in the voice ID card and the sound from the audio device come from the same speaker. And it can remarkably prevent misapplication of voice ID card as lost or stolen.
