本发明涉及移动通信技术，公开了一种移动交换中心及其被叫处理方法，使得智能用户后续呼叫的寻呼成功率得到提高，呼叫流程得到简化。本发明中，对于智能用户，MSC在处理完呼叫后，不是简单地释放连接，而是增加了对呼叫类型的判断，如果是指定类型的呼叫，例如PSI呼叫，则保留连接，供对同一被叫用户的下一次呼叫使用。连接的保留有一定的时限，如果超过时限仍没有对该被叫用户的下一次呼叫，则释放该连接。

The invention discloses a mobile switching center and method for treating called party in order to raise seeking success ratio of next call from intelligent user, as well as simplify call flow. In the invention, for intelligent user, after treating a call, MSC does not release connection simply, instead adds a determination for call type. If the call is a specific type, for example PSI call, then connection is held for next call of the same called party to use. Certain time limit is assigned for the held connection. If time limit is out, and there is no next call for the called user, then the connection is released.
