本发明涉及精炼钢渣综合利用领域，特别是一种LF炉钢渣球，用作为炼钢造渣剂。其特征在于将经破碎筛分的粒度为0～6mm的LF炉钢渣和羟甲基纤维素水溶液混合造球，钢渣的粒度组成为：6～3mm的20～35％，3～1mm的15～25％，1～0mm的余量，羟甲基纤维素水溶液浓度为10～30％，LF炉钢渣∶羟甲基纤维素水溶液(重量百分比为)＝88～96％∶4～12％，球团粒度为30～40mm。将本发明的钢渣球用作转炉炼钢造渣剂，可以改善并提高转炉化渣速度，消除转炉吹炼全过程的炉渣“返干”现象以及由于“返干”而造成的粘枪、粘罩事故，可以完全取代铁矾土造渣，减少石灰石的消耗量和钢铁料的消耗，而且可以大幅度减少环境污染，减少运输费用开支，降低炼钢成本。

The invention discloses a LF furnace steel slag ball as steel-smelting slag-forming constituents, which is characterized by the following: 0-6 mm LF furnace steel slag and methylol fiber solution is blended through breaking and screening to product ball; the grain size of steel slag is 20-35 percent 6-3 mm, 15-25 percent 3-1 mm, 1-0 mm; the density of methylol fiber solution is 10-30 percent; the rate of LF furnace steel slag and methylol fiber solution is 88-96 percent : 4-12 percent; the grain size of ball is 30-40 mm. The invention can improve the slagging speed of revolving furnace, which reduces the consumption of lime carbonate.
