The invention relates to an abrasion resistant element, which comprises taper open (30) and compensable taper locking element (16), wherein said locking element (16) can be inserted into open (30) and drawn out, to avoid being hammered; the locking element (16) has one main body (70) and one lock bolt (72), while the lock bolt (72) can move between one locking position and one loose position; at the locking position, the lock bolt can mesh with one block (48) in the open (95), to hold the locking element (16) in the open; at the loose position, the lock bolt (72) releases the mesh with block (48).
