The present invention discloses one kind of apoptosis inhibiting gene resisting prawn white spot virus and its preparation process and application. Through the steps of spawn primary cell culture, virus extraction and purification, virus DNA extraction, constructing virus genome Cos library and searching apoptosis inhibiting gene from Cos library, the Cos plasmid library of spawn virus genome DNA is constructed. The selected Cos plamid is cloned and used to transfect together with the recombinant Autographa California multiple nuclear polyhedrous virus with deletion of apoptosis inhibiting gene P35. The apoptosis inhibiting gene is then obtained through label rescuing method and sequence analysis and test. The gene expression product rescues P35 gene function, inhibits apoptosis and backs up the copying of recombinant AcMNPV-Delta35/pol+ with deletion of apoptosis inhibiting gene P35 and the forming of polyhedrous body. The apoptosis inhibiting gene is used in resisting prawn white spot virus.
