The present invention belongs to the field of charge transmitting material preparing technology. The preparation process of charge transmitting material containing butadiene structure includes: adding 1, 1-diphenyl-3-chloropropylene, triethyl phosphite and xylene into a four-mouth bottle; heating reflux for 5-15 hr to obtain Vitichy reagent; adding N, N-disubstituted amino benzaldehyde an N, N-dimethyl formamide into the Vitichy reagent, adding potassium the-butoxide or sodium methoxide via stirring and reaction for 5-10 hr; pouring the reaction product into methanol to separate out product, separation in chromatographic silicone gel column and re-crystallization in n-alkane to obtain the destination product. The charge transmitting material containing butadiene structure of the present invention has the advantages of excellent photoelectronic performance, cheap material and being suitable for industrial production.
