本发明涉及式I所示的含一个长链烃取代基的环己酮类饱和三环(桥环)化合物、含有该类化合物的提取物及所述化合物和提取物的制备方法和用途(式中R1、R2定义见说明书)。本发明的环己酮类饱和三环(桥环)化合物可作为细胞周期抑制剂、细胞凋亡诱导剂、细胞增殖抑制剂和抗肿瘤剂用于抗肿瘤治疗。

The invention relates to cyclohexanones saturated tricyclic (bridged ring) compounds containing a long-chain hydrocarbon substituent represented by formula I, extracts containing the compounds, the preparation process and use of the compound and extracts (wherein R1, R2 are defined in the specification). The cyclohexanones saturated tricyclic (bridged ring) compounds provided by the invention can be used as cell cycle inhibitor, cell apoptosis inducer, cell proliferation inhibitor and antineoplastic medicament for anti-tumor treatment.
