In sector of TD-SCDMA, through up going closed loop control procedure, node B controls transmission of user device to up going dedicated physical channel. First, node B carries out CRC checkout for received signal of up going dedicated physical channel. In condition of passing through CRC checkout at least once, the node B starts to send command for controlling up going closed loop to user device so as to turn on procedure of controlling up going closed loop. Through down going closed loop control procedure, user device controls transmission of down going dedicated physical channel to user device. User device carries out CRC checkout for received signal of down going dedicated physical channel. In condition of passing through CRC checkout at least once, the user device starts to send command for controlling down going closed loop to node B so as to turn on procedure of controlling down going closed loop.
