To provide a sheet forming composition having high dispersivity of inorganic powders, capable of forming a coating film uniform in thickness and capable of suppressing shrink after the baking, and toprovide a manufacturing method of the sheet forming composition and a sheet-like unbaked product for display panel fabrication.The sheet forming composition comprises (A) a binder resin that is a copolymer at least comprising (i) a polymerizable monomer having a hydroxyl group, (ii) a polymerizazble monomer shown by CH2=CR-COOCmH2m+1(wherein R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group and m is an integer of >=6), and (iii) a polymerizable monomer shown by CH2=CR-COOCnH2n+1(wherein R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group and n is an integer of <=4), (B) inorganic powders, and (C) a solvent.
