本发明的马达用磁性转子，通过把马达的使用温度即－40℃～140℃范围内的粘接剂的弹性率、剪切粘接强度设定在规定的范围内，并把粘接剂的固化收缩率设定在规定的范围内，来防止粘接剂和永磁铁的界面处的粘接剥离及永磁铁的断裂，并且获得所期望的粘接强度。
