The medical tool includes one cutter with slender and flexible handle and drilling bit in the far end; one tubular sheath with slender pipe, handle part and inserted part for the cutter to be inserted in; and one detachable driving head held in the near end of the cutter for transferring the driving force to the cutter. The slender pipe of the sheath is deformable and the handle of the cutter and the inserted part can deform via following the deforming slender pipe. The cutter includes one handle part and the handle part has one first part and the second part with even higher elastic deformation than the first part.
