The method includes following steps: based on seed value of initial frequency, tracking and compensating signal of clock pulse of USB peripheral unit automatically; determining whether it is successfully to track and compensate the clock pulse automatically. For example, if it is unable to automatically track and compensate the clock pulse successfully, then following steps are carried out: updating seed value of frequency; making USB peripheral unit off-line; reconnecting the peripheral unit; based on updated seed value of frequency, tracking and compensating signal of clock pulse automatically. Disabling rising resistance on D+ signal in USB peripheral unit, or disabling rising resistance on D- signal in USB peripheral unit makes USB peripheral unit off-line.
