The invention discloses a method and equipment to achieve wireless mouse function. The method uses vidicon with monochromatic filter (2) as projective large screen (5) of computer display, images are inputted to the computer (3) constantly, and the computer searches and identifies laser spots which are projected on the large screen by laser ferule (1). If can not find laser spot, the computer responds normal instruction; if laser spot can be get, display mouse cursor at laser spot; if the laser ferule switches for several times, it will be identified as single or double beating action, then acts single or double beating left key of mouse. The vidicon with monochromatic filter (2) is wire connected to the computer (3) which controls projector (4), the laser ferule is not connected to any equipment, it produces laser spots to projective large screen(5). The invention has the excellences such as convenient usage, small size, no electromagnetic interference, low cost, and so on.
