The invention discloses the application of sulpiride in curing or preventing neurotoxicity caused by 3,4 methylene dioxygen methyl Benzedrine (MDMA). It feeds sulpiride to write rat before feeding MDMA, feeds sulpiride to experiment write rat when feeding MDMA to it, and feeds sulpiride to write rat half hours, five hours and twelve hours after feeding MDMA to it, it can reduce the exaust of brain areas 5-HT of frontal lobe cortex, hippocampal sulcus and corpus striatum, and has prominent resisting effect to the lessen of SERTmRNA representation; the result of neuropathology displays: the sulpiride also can resist the reduction of silver staining positive area caused by MDMA, and lessens the representation of gelatinous fiber acid protein (GFAP), this reflects the lessen of damage to the nerve. The dose of the sulpiride is 40mg/kg-80mg/kg.
