The manufacturing method is: the double-face adhesive tape are leaded out for two tape plates, arranges a knife and a interface twisting device on the left and right sides, cuts off and coils the wet glue near to the edge on the double-face adhesive tape; several stripes of continuous noncrystal magnetism bar and high carbon steel bar are transmitted, punched, and pressed to the double-face adhesive tapes at the left and right two sides from the two sides. In the middle, the double-face adhesive tape at left and right two sides are combined together through a guiding wheel and a pressing wheel, then uses punching device and long dragging device to carries intermittent punch or aperture and long dragging between the adjoined labels.
