The present invention provides fruit fly disease model for screening medicine of repairing cerebral neure retrogression and its construction method and application. The fruit fly disease model has cerebral neure over expressing human Abeta42 amyloid protein and neure retrogression caused by human A-beta42 amyloid protein mediated nervous toxicity. The fruit fly disease model is the first filial generation fruit fly obtained via crossbreeding between female elav-Ga14 virgin fly and male UAS-Abeta42 fly. Using transgenic fruit fly model in research of human cerebral disease and developing effective medicine has the predominance over other systems. By means of the model and method of the present invention, the screening of great amount of compounds and Chinese herbal medicines may be realized, and the efficient medicine for repairing cerebral neure retrogression may be developed thereby.
