摘要：
一种润滑油极压抗磨剂的制备方法，包括：将有机改性粘土与C4－C24羧酸类化合物在溶剂的存在下于100－160℃下进行反应，分离回收产物。本发明方法利用粘土片层边缘的羟基和酸酐或羧酸发生酯化反应，使粘土片层接上长的碳链，所制备的极压抗磨剂有较好的分散性和极压抗磨性，不含硫、磷、氯等元素，合成方法简便，有很广的发展和应用前景，可应用于切削油、轧制油、冲压油等工业润滑油。

The preparation of extreme pressure antiwear agent for lubricant oil includes the reaction between organic modified clay and C4-C24 carboxylic acid compound in the presence of solvent and at 100-160 deg.c and product separation and collection. Hydroxyl radical in the edge of clay layer and acid anhydride or carboxylic acid produce esterification reaction, so that the clay layer is grafted with long carbon chain. The prepared extreme pressure antiwear agent has better dispersivity and extreme pressure antiwear performance, contains no S, P, Cl and other elements. The prepared extreme pressure antiwear agent has wide application foreground and may be used in various industrial lubricant oil for cutting, rolling, punching, etc.
