The present invention includes the following: a coder utilizes the idle-time grouped orthogonal coding method to input two independent data blocks of a time slot in data as processing unit for generating two data vectors by coding and two formed diversity signals are sent correspondingly on two packet antennas at the same time; the interference caused by nonorthogonality between two diversity signals at first is ignored by the receiving end; and the coding result is obtained by the united detection under the condition only considering the influence of multipath and multiuser interference to two diversity signal; the united detection result is used to eliminate the interference between two diversity signals and further back to the forging step, an iteration decoding is carried on and the iteration frequency can be preset.
