摘要：
一种烟气的污泥脱硫方法,包含下列步骤:(1)将烟气通入洗涤塔水洗、降温;(2)将洗涤后的烟气通入反应塔与生物污泥反应,每分钟通入的烟气体积与生物污泥的体积之比为5—30比1;(3)将反应后的生物污泥加石灰或粉煤灰中和处理。本发明利用生物污泥含有的硫酸盐氧化细菌及其它硫杆菌除去烟气中的二氧化硫,运行成本低、流程简单、操作方便,脱硫效率可达80%以上。

The sludge desulfating process of fume includes the following steps: the water washing and cooling of fume in washing tower, the reaction of washed fume with biological sludge in reaction tower with the fume volume introducer every minute being 5-30 times that of the sludge; and the neutralization treatment of reacted biological slduge with lime or flyash. The present invention uses biological sludge containing sulfate, oxidizing bacteria and other thiobacillus to eliminate SO2 in fume, and has a desulfating rate up to 80%, low cost and simple process.
