色酚AS产品制备方法,包括催化剂配制、缩合、中和、洗涤、干燥等工序,催化剂配制时,用2,3酸、苯胺、三氯化磷按摩尔比1∶0.9~1.1∶0.9~1.1,溶剂为三氯化磷体积的1~1.2倍;在缩合工序中,2,3酸与苯胺的摩尔比为1∶1.1~1.4,有机溶剂为三氯化磷的5—8倍,并分加入催化剂和恒流回流两段控制;或采用2,3酸与三氯化磷总摩尔比为1∶0.2~0.3,2,3酸与苯胺的总摩尔比为1∶1.1~1.2的控制方式;本发明能提高色酚AS产品质量和收率且减少氯化氢的排放量。

A process for preparing tryptophenol AS product includes such technological steps as preparing catalyst with 2,3 acid, aniline and phosphorus trichloride in mole ratio of 1 : (0.9-1.1) : (0.9-1.1) and solvent with volume that is (1-1.2) times greater than that of PCl3; condensation where the mole ratio of 2.3 acid to aniline is 1 : (1.1-1.4), the volume of organic solvent is 5-8 times greater than that of PCl3, catalyst is added and constant-flow and reflux control are used; or the total mole ratio of 2,3 acid to PCl3 is 1 : (0.2-0.3) and the total mole ratio of 2.3 acid to aniline is 1 : (1.1-1.2), neutralization, washing and drying. Its advantages are high quality and output rate of said product and less discharge of hydrogen chloride.
