摘要:
3,4,5-三氯三氟甲苯的制备方法,在反应釜上方接入一配置冷凝器的精馏塔,于反应釜中加入3,5-二硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯,升温至190~250℃,并通入氯气进行氯化反应,反应产物经精馏塔精馏分离,并从冷凝器回流管收集产物3,4,5-三氯三氟甲苯。本方法不仅可加快反应速度,而且能得到高纯度的产物,收率也可达91.2%。

The preparation method of 3,4,5-trichlorobenzotrifluoride is characterized by that a fractionating rectifying tower equipped with condenser is added over the reactor, 3,5-dinitro-4-chloro-benzotrifluoride is added into the reactor, heated to 190-250deg.C, and chlorine gas is introduced to make chlorination reaction, then the reaction product is rectified and separated by means of fractionating rectifying tower, and the product 3,4,5-trichloro-benzotrifluoridde is collected by returning pipe of condenser. Said invention not only can accelerate reaction speed, but also can raise purity of product, and its yield can be up to 91.2%.
