The refining method of carbamates compound includes the following steps: dissolving a compound whose chemical formula (I) can be refered to said patent specification in a mixed solvent formed from organic solvent and water, stirring them at 60-80 deg.C until the solution becomes clear, then filtering while the solution is hot, and cooling the filtrate and crystallizing so as to can obtain the high-purity carbamate compound with pure white appearance. The solvent adopted by said invention is cheap and easily available, its mother liquor can be cyclically used. Said invention is simple in preparation process, convenient for operation, can effectively remove carbamide compound, phenol compound and its derivative so as to can change product colour and raise the purity of product.
