摘要：
本发明涉及对农药有机硫杀菌剂－2－苯甲酰肼叉－1,3－二噻茂烷(叶枯灵)的药效基本结构进行改造,合成的新化合物－肼叉－1,3－二噻茂烷衍生物。本发明克服了叶枯灵毒性大。经室内生物活性测定和部分田间试验证明对水稻白叶枯病、稻瘟病、油菜菌核菌病有显著的生物活性。有些化合物可能有除草、杀虫活性。由于对基本结构进行了改造,研制出了高效、低毒、安全、广谱的杀菌剂。
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a new synthetic compound-hydrazono-1,3-dithiolane derivative and its synthesis method. Said new compound is an improvement on the pharmacodynamic basic structure of agricultural pesticide organic sulfur fungicide-2-benzoyl hydrazono-1,3-dithiolane (yekulin). Said invention overcomes the heavy toxicity of yekulin, and tests show that it possesses obvious biologicalactivity for bacterial blight of rice, blast of rice and sclerotial disease of rape, and some compounds also may have weed-killing and insecticidal activity, and on the basis of said improvement, a high-efficiency, low-toxic, safe and broad-spectrum fungicide is developed out.
