地下厚富矿体绳网隔离法无贫损开采工艺,本发明属采矿领域。适用于(无底柱)崩落法开采的地下厚富矿体。主体工艺是在废石覆盖层和矿体间铺设一层密度适当的钢绳(筋)网,实行岩、矿隔离开采。能实现网下开采贫化率1~3%,损失率3~6%。绳网费约1.0~5.0元/吨原矿。绳网铺设的最佳工况是无底柱首采分层。于进路中穿凿透或半透间柱的绳孔,绳(筋)穿联铺设并固结叉点成网即可。

The present invention relates to mining technology and is suitable for caving stopping method to exploit underground high-grade thick ore body. Its main technology is spreading one layer of properly dense steel cable net between covering waste stone layer and ore body so as to perform separate exploitation of stone and ore. It can reach the beneath-net leaning rate of 1-3% and loss rate 3-6% at rather low net cost. The optimal operation state for net spread is delaminated initial exploitation without pit prop. Along the approach path, penetrating or semi-penetrating holes are drilled and the steel cable is threaded and fixed to form the net.
