The present invention relates to a plating solution for chemical plating nickel-phosphorus alloy. Said invented plating solution contains nickel chloride, phosphate, citrate and sodium borohydride asinducing agent. The use of said plating solution can implement chemical plating process at room temp, and possesses high plating speed, and its cladding material is compact and particle distribution is uniform.
