本发明涉及一种将棉与羊毛等天然纤维的编织布料浸泡在精炼剂、漂白剂的溶液之后，在洗净、脱水处理后，干燥的绒毛纺织布料的精炼漂白法；其是将棉与羊毛等的天然纤维所编成的二层编织布料，通过含有精炼剂、漂白剂的溶液的浸泡槽之后，以滚动浆板来挤压，接着在蒸气发生器内以饱和蒸汽来促进反应之后，让这种二层编织布料依次通过设定有阶段性的低水温的数个洗净机来水洗，接着在脱水处理之后使在热风室循环干燥，最后将二层编织布料的绒毛从中间切割。

The present invention elates to a scouring bleaching method. Said method is as follows: two-layer, braided fabric made of natural fibres of cotton and wool, etc. is first passed through a steeping bowl containing scouring agent and bleaching agent solution and extruded by rolling pulp board, then placed in a steam generator, where saturated steam promotes reaction, and finally said two-layer braided fabric is washed successively through several staged low water-temp. cleaning machines, dehydrated and cyclically dried in hot air chamber. The pile of said two-layer braided fabric is cut in the middle.
