Disclosed are a steering apparatus and a magnetic levitation vehicle. The steering apparatus is used for being connected between the vehicle body and a levitation frame (11) of the magnetic levitation vehicle. The steering apparatus comprises T-shaped arm assemblies (12, 13), and a steering push rod (5) for being connected between the T-shaped arm assemblies (12, 13) and the levitation frame (11). The T-shaped arm assemblies (12, 13) comprise: a vehicle body connection member (2) for being connected to the vehicle body; a first connection arm (3), which is rotatably connected to the vehicle body connection member (2); and a second connection arm (4), wherein one end of the second connection arm (4) is rotatably connected to the vehicle body connection member (2), and the other end of the second connection arm (4) is provided with two connection plates (41); and a gap for accommodating a first end of the steering push rod (5) is arranged between the two connection plates (41), so that the two connection plates (41) are respectively connected to the steering push rod (5) from two sides of the first end of the steering push rod (5).
