The invention relates to a graphite-based flexible grounding resistance measuring method. The method comprises the following steps: performing preparation before measurement; measuring by a megger; connecting the E end of the grounding megger to a grounding electrode, connecting the P end of a voltage electrode with a potential probe, and connecting the C end of a current electrode with a currentprobe; rotating a generator rocking handle, so that the rotating speed reaches 150 revolutions per minute, and the alternating current generated in the rotating process is 105-115 Hz; adjusting the resistance to enable a pointer of a grounding resistance instrument to point to zero, and determining that the resistance at the moment is the grounding resistance value of a power transmission line tower. Compared with an existing measuring method, the method has the advantages that the measured value can accurately reflect the true value, so that the operation state of the graphite-based flexiblegrounding device can be correctly evaluated, and the method has important significance in guaranteeing the safety and stability of the graphite-based flexible grounding device and guaranteeing the safe operation of a power system.
