The multiple flue chamber steam generator comprises a housing, wherein an evaporation chamber with a burner is arranged in the housing, the side wall of the housing communicates with a water storage tank and is used for guiding liquid to be evaporated into the housing, the high temperature flue gas generated by the burner heats the liquid to be evaporated and generates steam, a first flue chamber is formed in the top of the evaporation chamber in a communication mode, a second flue chamber is formed in the top of the housing, the first flue chamber communicates with the second flue chamber through a pipeline, a flue gas exhaust port is formed in the top of the second flue chamber, thee high temperature flue gas output from the evaporation chamber sequentially flows through the first flue chamber and the second flue chamber, and is exhausted from the flue gas exhaust port, andafter the steam performs heat exchange with the high temperature flue gas through the second flue chamber, the steam is converged and output from a steam port in the housing.
