The lower plateis provided with a containing part defined by baffles, the upper plate is provided with a protrusion part embedded in the containing part, and the rotation extrusion part is arranged between the upperplate and the lower plate. The protrusion part of the upper plate is provided with a plane slide plate and an annular groove, the annular groove is formed in the periphery of the plane slide plate and internally filled with a damping material, and the side surface of the protrusion part is further provided with a side slide strip.
