The invention relates to a PVC foamed anti-skidding table mat and a manufacturing method thereof. The PVC foamed anti-skidding table mat comprises a base layer and a foamed layer, wherein the base layer is a grid cloth formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns; the weft yarns of the base layer are uniformly distributed; dense areas of the warp yarns are distributed at intervals; each densearea is composed of three warp yarns; a sparse area is formed between every two adjacent dense areas; the foamed layer is attached to the grid cloth base layer; strip-shaped protrusions are formed inthe dense areas of the warp yarns of the grid cloth; and hollowed-out grids are formed in the sparse areas of the warp yarns of the grid cloth. The PVC foamed anti-skidding table mat provided by the invention solves the problem of single specification and variety of a table mat in the prior art, and achieves the purpose of meeting the demands of consumers at different levels.
