The invention discloses a power distribution network risk control method in a typhoon scene, and the method comprises the steps: giving the wind speed of a typhoon in an interval mode through considering a typhoon prediction error; through a Monte Carlo sampling process, using an interval analysis method to obtain power distribution network load loss and economic loss before typhoon landing, and determining the failure rate of an electric pole by the relationship between typhoon wind speed and electric pole strength and considering the actual operation state of the electric pole; secondly, considering the fault frequency and the load importance degree of the line, identifying the weak link of the overhead line based on an analytic hierarchy process; and finally, providing a multi-step emergency material distribution method, and distributing emergency materials according to real-time weak link positioning results 24 hours and 72 hours before typhoon. According to the method, emergency materials can be more effectively matched, the load loss and economic loss of the power distribution network after typhoon transit are further reduced, and the method has certain guiding significance and theoretical reference value for windproof and typhoon-resistant work in coastal areas.
