本发明公开了人参PgCYP309基因,其核苷酸序列如序列表SEQ ID NO.1所示;一种超表达载体,它插入了序列表SEQ NO.1所示的基因;人参PgCYP309基因在提高人参发状根中人参皂苷含量的应用;以人参鲜根cDNA为模板,进行PCR扩增,从而获得PgCYP309基因,再构建pBI121-PgCYP309超表达载体,诱导人参外植体产生人参发状根;通过转基因人参发状根皂苷含量检测,表明超表达PgCYP309能够促进人参皂苷合成。

The invention discloses a ginseng PgCYP309 gene. The ginseng PgCYP309 gene has a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO.1 in a sequence table. An overexpression vector is inserted with a gene shown asSEQ NO.1 in the sequence table. The ginseng PgCYP309 gene is applied in improvement of the content of ginsenoside in ginseng hairy roots. The PgCYP309 gene is obtained by PCR amplification with freshginseng root cDNA as a template; a pBI121-PgCYP309 overexpression vector is constructed to induce a ginseng explant to generate ginseng hairy roots; and through detection of the saponin content of transgenic ginseng hairy roots, the overexpression PgCYP309 is shown to be able to promote synthesis of ginsenoside.
