The invention discloses a water-air amphibious robot with a vector propulsion function, and belongs to the technical field of water-air amphibious aircraft. The water-air amphibious robot aims to solve the problem that robot vector propulsion cannot be achieved in the prior art. The water-air amphibious robot with the vector propulsion function comprises a robot body, water-air amphibious vector propellers, a camera device and two oil bag units, wherein the robot body adopts a NACA airfoil main body; the two water-air amphibious vector propellers are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of theupper end of the robot body through propulsion fixing devices, and vector propelling force in water and air of the robot body is provided through the water-air amphibious vector propellers; the camera device is fixed at the front end of the robot body; and the two oil bag units are symmetrically arranged on the lower end surface of the robot body, and the buoyancy of the water-air amphibious robot is adjusted through the volume change of the oil bag units. The water-air amphibious robot has two movement modes under water and in air, vector propulsion is adopted to improve the flexibility of the robot, the structure is simple and compact, maintenance is convenient, and the technical cost is reduced.
