本发明提供一种荸荠刨皮机，包括：外壳、平移装置、上下位移装置；所述外壳为长方形，表面设有一处通孔，所述通孔下端设有进料管，左侧面设有控制器和继电器；内部底面设有平移装置、侧面设有上下位移装置；该荸荠刨皮机能够有效的提高荸荠的削皮效率，操作简单。

The invention provides a peeling machine for Chinese water-chestnuts. The peeling machine comprises a shell, a translation device and a vertical displacement device, wherein the shell is rectangular,the surface of the shell is provided with a through hole, the lower end of the through hole is provided with a feeding pipe, the left side surface of the shell is provided with a controller and a relay, the inner bottom surface of the shell is provided with the translation device, and the side surface of the shell is provided with the vertical displacement device. By use of the peeling machine forChinese water-chestnuts, Chinese water-chestnut peeling efficiency can be effectively improved, and the peeling machine is simple in operation.
