The invention discloses a scheduling optimization method of a multi-energy coupling comprehensive energy system. The scheduling optimization method comprises the following steps: S1, establishing models of renewable energy, energy coupling equipment and energy storage equipment; s2, establishing a day-ahead scheduling model; s3, substituting the prediction results of the electricity, cold, heat and gas loads in the future 24 hours into the model in the step S2, and performing solving the prediction results in a Cplex optimizer; s4, establishing an intra-day rolling optimization scheduling model; and S5, substituting the real-time electricity, cold, heat and gas loads into the model in the step S4, and performing solving in a Cplex optimizer. According to the scheduling optimization method,the accuracy of a result is improved by utilizing day-ahead intra-day multi-time-scale scheduling, so that the operation cost of the system is reduced, and the stable and economic operation of the system is ensured.
