The manufacturingmethod of the thermo-sensitive film comprises the steps of base material preparation, preparation of paint for coatings, and spreading. According to the manufacturing method, an existing thermo-sensitive film material coating formula is optimized, thus, the printing adaptability of the thermo-sensitive film is high, common label printing and complex grayscale image printing can be met at the sametime, the excellent coating fastness and wet friction resistance can be kept, and the good using value is achieved.
