The invention discloses a controllable cost budget method for a power system. The method comprises the following steps: respectively building a maintenance operation cost model, a marketing project cost model and other operation cost models according to the maintenance operation cost, the marketing project cost model and other operation cost, building a controllable cost model, and substituting the controllable cost model into previous year data to obtain the controllable cost budget of the power system. The method has the advantages that various controllable cost budget arrangement index systems are combined to verify the modeling adaptability of three types of controllable cost which comprises maintenance operation cost, marketing project cost and other operation cost, and a multivariatelinear regression model and a multivariate curve regression model can be adopted to measure and calculate the dependence degree of indexes. The method has important significance for improving the scientificity of financial budget decision making and improving the guidance of financial budget on the company management level.
