The invention relates to a bathing device and a control method. The bathing device comprises a final water outlet pipe, a cold water pipe, a hot water pipe and a controller; a final water outlet temperature sensor is arranged on the final water outlet pipe; the water outlet ends of the cold water pipe and the hot water pipe communicate with the final water outlet pipe; a cold water temperature sensor and a cold water regulating piece for regulating the flow of cold water are arranged on the cold water pipe; and a hot water temperature sensor and a hot water regulating piece for regulating theflow of hot water are arranged on the hot water pipe. The controller controls the cold water regulating piece and the hot water regulating piece to work according to set cold and hot alternate water outlet parameters to achieve that cold and hot water alternately flow out of the final water outlet pipe to contact a user, and under the alternate stimulation of the cold and hot water, blood vesselsexpand and contract, so that the elasticity of the blood vessels and the resistance to stimulation are increased, the blood circulation of a body is improved and the purpose of exercising the body isachieved. In addition, alternate cold and heat regulation can be quickly carried out and the final water outlet temperature can more accurately controlled.
