The method includes: S101, according to requirements of economic dispatching running, adjusting active and reactive power output of each converter station on the premise of meeting apower supply requirement of each load, and setting an optimization control target; S102, setting boundary constraints; S103, dynamically obtaining current system running status information at a dispatching master station; and S104, setting a simulation calculation module by the dispatching master station, collecting the current system running status information in real time, automatically calculating current status online, giving automatic optimization determination values, and after issuing, executing and stabilizing, and carrying out feeding-back calculation and checking again until power loss control deviation is within a preset range. Therefore, automatic optimized scheduling running of the multi-end direct-current distribution network is realized.
